Kriya Yoga In the Words of Roy Eugene Davis - The Kriya Yoga Podcast Episode 30
In this episode of The Kriya Yoga Podcast, I was able to interview Roy Eugene Davis, Kriya Yoga Teacher and direct student of Paramahansa Yogananda. This interview was originally recorded in the late Summer of 2017 at Center for Spiritual Awareness in Lakemont, GA. In this interview, Mr. Davis discusses some of the most important ways to approach life as a Kriya Yoga practitioner. He discusses the answers to the following questions:
1) What are valid sources of Kriya Yoga instruction?
2) How many of the saints and sages in Autobiography of a Yogi were spiritually enlightened?
3) What is the most important lesson learned from 60+ years of practice?
4) How does one keep one's meditation practice alive and vital?
Your host, Ryan Kurczak, is a Kriya Yoga meditation teacher and author. He was authorized to teach Kriya Yoga in 2005, by Roy Eugene Davis, a direct student of Paramahansa Yogananda.
